NOTE: We sold this prior for twice the price. The family went and lived there and started an earth home. We then found out that the access in, close to the land, goes through someone else`s land, and this parcel is land locked. Those buyers switched to another parcel, closer to town. The land has been cleaned up and cleared. The new buyer will have to get approval in writing eventually from adjacent land owner(s) for legal access. There is an Oregon law to aid those landlocked with land, so it is a solvable problem over time. For this reason, we are selling for cash only, half price.
